ABC Inventory procedure (PDF)
Most electric distribution cooperatives follow an inflexible inventory procedure that does not consider unit price, quantity used, and physical size of inventory material.  As a result, a large amount of time is spent managing miscellaneous hardware.  To solve this problem, Management Consulting Services created a procedure called "ABC Inventory Control" that converts existing inventory procedures into a streamlined and practical system in five steps.

Work Order Streamlining procedure (PDF)
Just as with inventory procedures, many electric distribution cooperatives follow an inflexible work order procedure that does not consider the dollar value and volume of work orders.  As a result, a large amount of time is spent managing a large quantity of small work orders.  To solve this problem, Management Consulting Services created a procedure called "Work Order Streamlining" that converts existing work order procedures into a streamlined and practical system.
